The Right Hear Retirement Network nonqualified plan provides for tax-deferral for both contributions and earnings in the plan, the ability to design a personalized investment strategy tailored to each member’s needs, flexible contribution and distribution options including not having the contribution restrictions of a 401(k) plan, and being able to structure plan distributions to meet members' individual needs.
